2. Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)
2.1 Object
These TCS govern the sale of digital goods (Tokens, Keys, Packs) on the MCSLASHER website. These goods are intended for exclusive use on the MCSLASHER Minecraft server.
2.2 Prices and Payment
The prices of our products are indicated on the website. Transactions are processed by secure payment providers (Stripe for credit cards/PayPal, NowPayments for cryptocurrencies). The publisher never has access to your full banking details.
2.3 Delivery
The products sold on this store are intangible digital goods. Delivery is instant or nearly instant via the display of a code on the confirmation page and the sending of an email to the address provided during payment.
2.4 Waiver of Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with consumer protection laws regarding the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, the Buyer expressly agrees that the execution of the service begins upon validation of payment and expressly waives their 14-day right of withdrawal. No refunds will be granted once the digital key has been delivered.
3. Terms of Service (ToS)
3.1 Server Access
Access to the MCSLASHER server is a privilege, not a right. We reserve the right to deny access to any player who does not respect the community rules.
3.2 Behavior and Sanctions
Players must behave respectfully. The use of third-party software (cheats, unauthorized mods), bug exploitation (glitches), harassment, or cheating will result in sanctions up to permanent banishment (IP and account ban).
In the event of a ban for rule violations, no purchases made on the store will be refunded or transferred.
3.3 Intellectual Property
All original content of the server and website (3D models, textures, website code, MCSLASHER concept) remains the exclusive property of its creators (Jaouen Brulay & FloatStudio). Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
4. Privacy Policy (GDPR Compliance)
4.1 Collected Data
When making a purchase on our store, we collect the following information: your email address (for the delivery of keys and receipts) and transaction details provided by our payment processors (Stripe / NowPayments).
4.2 Use and Retention

We strive to comply with the Commercial Use Guidelines (EULA) set forth by Mojang. The items sold in our store (Keys, Tokens, Packs) are designed to provide cosmetic upgrades, access to early features, or progression boosts that do not inherently break the balance of the game for non-paying users.
